Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers' homes within deadlines and procedures
• Handle large appliances, TVs, and multimedia devices safely
• Install and commission appliances including washing machines, fridges, and home cinema systems
• Connect equipment to water, drainage, and electrical supplies following standards
• Perform functional tests and demonstrate product features to customers
• Provide usage advice to ensure customer satisfaction and product longevity

Requirements

• Knowledge of household appliances, multimedia, or simple electrical installation
• Proficiency with handling equipment
• Ability to understand and apply technical manuals
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts simply
• Good physical condition for heavy lifting
• Ability to work in a team on the field
