About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage technical aspects of live streams including equipment setup and stream configuration
- Perform real-time troubleshooting and manage back-end platform functions like flash sales and giveaways
- Moderate live chat to ensure engagement and brand alignment
- Support on-camera talent with logistics and coordination
- Film short-form content and contribute to social media ideation
- Make occasional supporting on-camera appearances
Requirements
- Experience in production (film, TV, studio, or technical live events)
- Proficiency operating production equipment and platforms independently
- Experience working closely with on-camera talent
- Experience with live streaming platforms such as TikTok Live, YouTube Live, or OBS
- High reliability for shift-based work
