Livestream Moderator

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical and operational side of live broadcasts on TikTok Shop
• Upload products into the live stream feed in real time with accurate sequencing and pricing
• Monitor live comments, respond to viewer questions, and flag purchase inquiries
• Troubleshoot technical issues such as stream quality and connectivity in real time
• Coordinate product flow and pacing with the host to maintain engagement
• Communicate audience sentiment to the host via back-channels
• Assist with pre-show preparation including product listing and pricing verification
• Track real-time show performance including viewer counts and sales activity
• Document post-show notes regarding technical issues and audience feedback

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and interest in luxury brands
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to multitask in live environments
• Deep understanding of TikTok culture, comments, and platform pacing
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and troubleshoot quickly
• Strong real-time communication skills
• Broad availability across Monday–Friday (8am–8pm) and weekends (10am–8pm)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in live streaming operations
• Experience in e-commerce coordination
• Background in social media management or broadcast production
