Livelihoods Officer

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and implementation of assigned Livelihoods project activities in line with program quality principles and donor requirements.
• Monitor and report on Livelihoods-related challenges or gaps to inform adjustments to implementation schedules.
• Coordinate project evaluation activities and assist partners in collecting and analyzing project data.
• Collaborate with local partners to prepare reports according to established schedules.
• Identify staff and partner capacity needs and monitor technical support activities to ensure effective impact.
• Complete project documentation and assist in identifying information for case studies and promising practices.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of solid experience in the field of Livelihoods (preferably in agriculture, fisheries, or agribusiness) within an NGO setting.
• Bachelor's Degree in agriculture, community development, social sciences, statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in participatory action planning and community engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English and Filipino.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to field bases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience monitoring projects and collecting relevant data.
• Experience in Early Recovery Livelihoods programming.
• Experience in partnership engagement with CSOs and government agencies.
