Responsibilities
- Support entrepreneurs and accounting firms via telephone, chat, and email
- Handle inquiries regarding accounts payable, approval flows, and payments
- Guide customers through various Fortnox functions and services
- Perform administrative tasks related to customer cases
- Create a positive customer experience in every interaction
Requirements
- Experience in service, customer support, retail, sales, or other service roles
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English (written and verbal)
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Interest in finance and entrepreneurship
- Solution-oriented mindset with a calm and professional demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with telephone-based customer contact
- Educational background in finance at high school or university level
- Previous experience in professional support roles
