Responsibilities

• Support entrepreneurs and accounting firms via telephone, chat, and email
• Handle inquiries regarding accounts payable, approval flows, and payments
• Guide customers through various Fortnox functions and services
• Perform administrative tasks related to customer cases
• Create a positive customer experience in every interaction

Requirements

• Experience in service, customer support, retail, sales, or other service roles
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English (written and verbal)
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Interest in finance and entrepreneurship
• Solution-oriented mindset with a calm and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with telephone-based customer contact
• Educational background in finance at high school or university level
• Previous experience in professional support roles
