Live Stream Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Host engaging, high-energy live sales events on Whatnot, showcasing and selling TCG products to a live audience
• Create a fun, welcoming, and interactive environment that responds to viewer questions and fosters community
• Use effective sales techniques to highlight product features and drive conversions
• Prepare and organize all products, technical equipment, and visual displays before each stream
• Track and analyze sales performance and viewer engagement metrics
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative show themes and promotions

Requirements

• Comfortable on camera with a charismatic, confident, and personable on-screen presence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and inventory tracking
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, live-selling environment
• Physically able to lift and move boxes and products as needed
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience or strong familiarity with the Pokémon TCG
• Prior experience selling on Whatnot or other live shopping platforms
• Deep knowledge of TCG trends and the collectibles market
• Basic knowledge of video or audio setups including lights, cameras, and microphones
