Responsibilities
- Identify and correct audio and video quality issues to ensure client satisfaction
- Ensure events are live and maintain high stream uptime and quality
- Communicate key information with technicians, camera operators, and managers
- Understand and respond to client concerns regarding video streams
- Work weekends and evenings as required
Requirements
- Ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy with an eye for quality
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts (operating hours 7am - 10pm)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of encoders, Youbora, H.264/H.265, HLS, RTMP, or SRT
- Experience with TVU, LiveU, or vMix
- Experience with cameras, live streaming, or audio/sound mixing
