Responsibilities

• Identify and correct audio and video quality issues to ensure client satisfaction
• Ensure events are live and maintain high stream uptime and quality
• Communicate key information with technicians, camera operators, and managers
• Understand and respond to client concerns and issues with video streams
• Perform other tasks as assigned by managers

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with an eye for quality
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts (operating hours 7am - 10pm)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of encoders, Youbora, H.264/H.265, HLS/RTMP/SRT, TVU, LiveU, or vMix
• Experience with cameras, live streaming, and audio/sound mixing
