Live Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational quality of Video Replay services for the Southeastern Conference (SEC)
• Verify system readiness for sporting events and ensure workflows are followed
• Produce documentation and training programs for college replay staff
• Create and refine operational workflows, checklists, and disaster recovery protocols
• Monitor system performance and hardware anomalies in partnership with project teams
• Act as first-line resolution for operational software issues
• Provide feedback on software functionality and user interface to drive development
• Serve as the primary remote contact for on-site personnel during live events

Requirements

• Background in providing remote technical or operational support
• Strong system-level troubleshooting and communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail for technical documentation
• Deep knowledge of collegiate sports
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings
• Willingness to travel to select events for on-site support

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within the broadcast A/V industry
