Live Experience Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and launch events by supporting experience selection, securing venues, and coordinating production
• Own projects end-to-end from confirmation through construction, launch, and ongoing operations
• Drive timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Operations, and Legal
• Manage P&L, monitor sales, and drive revenue growth to meet business targets
• Build and manage partnerships with venues, agencies, and event organizers
• Analyze performance via KPIs to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements
• Represent Fever at industry events, launches, and with local media

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a project management role
• Proven track record in management consulting, project management, or entrepreneurship
• Fluency in both French and English is required
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage large workloads and parallel workstreams in fast-paced environments
• Experience delivering results in ambiguous settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong academic background with structured thinking capabilities
• Experience in partner management or high-growth environments
• Knowledge of social media promotion tools like Facebook and Instagram
• Passion for live entertainment and events
