Live Dealer

Responsibilities

• Present games in a live streaming environment adhering to gaming regulations and studio policies
• Execute rules of video stream games and follow table schedules
• Communicate professionally with players via chat to answer general questions
• Report risks, mistakes, or unusual activities to the Pitboss immediately
• Participate in company promotions including photo and video shoots
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and video chat applications
• Ability to deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards
• Ability to obtain a New Jersey Gaming License and West Virginia Casino Employee Registration
• Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
