Live Dealer

Responsibilities

• Host and entertain live-streamed games on camera following standard rules
• Connect with players by answering questions via live chat professionally
• Deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards using specialized gaming equipment
• Collaborate with Pit Bosses and Trainers to ensure smooth studio operations

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License and West Virginia Casino Employee Registration
• Ability to stand for up to 2 hours or sit at counter-high chairs
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
