Responsibilities

• Provide support via telephone, chat, and email
• Assist customers with questions regarding customer invoices and payment flows
• Guide customers through various functions and services within the system
• Handle administrative tasks related to customer cases
• Create a positive customer experience in every interaction

Requirements

• Experience in service, customer support, retail, sales, or other service-oriented roles
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English (both written and verbal)
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Interest in finance and entrepreneurship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with customer contact via telephone
• Educational background in finance at high school or university level
• Previous experience in support roles
