Litigation Support Advanced Analyst

Responsibilities

• Oversee the agency’s matter management and document management systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Perform complex quality assurance reviews and data entry for Medicare and mandatory litigation reporting
• Collect and analyze operational data to improve organizational efficiency and system integrity
• Prepare comprehensive reports, charts, and graphs for internal and external stakeholders
• Provide technical support for Medicare-related reporting, including queries and claim reporting
• Develop and implement new system protocols, procedural training, and manual documentation
• Assist the Chief and Deputy Chief of Litigation Support on special projects

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field (Economics, Finance, Business, Public Administration, etc.) plus one year of professional experience
• OR a Baccalaureate degree plus three years of professional experience
• OR an Associate degree plus five years of professional experience
• OR a high school diploma plus seven years of professional experience
• Experience in budget administration, operations research, program evaluation, or personnel administration
• Ability to perform complex data analysis and quality assurance
