Responsibilities
- Lead litigation under OLPS laws or specific subsets
- Supervise staff attorneys and enforcement staff
- Play a leadership role in strategic and organizational planning to support OLPS expansion

- Four years of recent full-time responsible, relevant legal experience
- Eighteen months of experience in the supervision of other attorneys or performing highly complex legal work
- Must remain a Member of the New York State Bar in good standing
