- Shadow Litigation Paralegals
- Gather and analyze relevant information pertaining to injury claims
- Investigate the nature and facts of cases
- Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents to file with the court
- Prepare documents and correspondence necessary to reach settlements
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role
- Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred
- Highly organized with ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and databases
- Typing speed of at least 35 wpm
