About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with project intake by gathering case-specific requirements from case teams.
- Configure Relativity workspaces using established templates, including user permissions and layouts.
- Perform data intake and basic triage of structured and unstructured data.
- Execute standard workflows including processing coordination, data loading, batching, and searching.
- Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of project requests and production deliverables.
- Support document production workflows, including preparation and quality control steps.
- Coordinate with external vendors for services such as scanning, OCR, or data processing.
- Provide basic guidance to attorneys and staff on the use of Relativity and related tools.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience supporting eDiscovery workflows within a law firm, vendor, or corporate legal environment.
- Working knowledge of RelativityOne, including basic workspace configuration and review workflows.
- Foundational understanding of eDiscovery practices across the EDRM lifecycle.
- Familiarity with data handling concepts, including file types, metadata, and document review processes.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with attorneys, clients, and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with litigation support and trial presentation technologies such as TextMap or Trial Director.
- Familiarity with multimedia formats, including audio and video files.
