Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all stages of litigation, from initial investigation through trial preparation
• Conduct research using court databases and online resources
• Review, analyze, and organize document productions
• Prepare summaries of deposition transcripts and key case materials
• Assist with preparation of materials for expert witnesses
• Maintain well-organized case files and manage large volumes of documents
• Track deadlines and support case management activities
• Draft subpoenas and coordinate retrieval of medical, employment, and other relevant records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience drafting subpoenas and managing records requests
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate
• Insurance defense experience
