Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and review litigation documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
• Oversee and maintain organized case files, evidence, and correspondence
• Assist with complex real estate disputes, foreclosures, title matters, and probate-related matters
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare memoranda for attorney use
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication
• Coordinate hearings, depositions, trial preparation, and litigation deadlines
• Provide executive administrative support to the firm owner

Requirements

• At least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience (8+ years preferred)
• Strong background in civil litigation
• Experience with real estate matters is highly valued
• Proficiency with Filevine or similar case management software
• Ability to leverage AI tools such as Spellbook and vLex’s Vincent AI
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Naples, FL, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
