Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Proactively support attorneys by managing and monitoring cases and notifying them of required actions
• Utilize eDiscovery software to manipulate and organize data for document production requests
• Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents and filings for accuracy and compliance with statutes and local rules
• Assist in preparation for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• File documents with the courts electronically
• Monitor deadlines and prioritize work with a sense of urgency
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience in a law firm or legal setting
• Proficiency with Relativity and Trial Director eDiscovery software
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient command of the English language and standard grammar rules
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
