Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Draft complaints, e-file documents, and organize materials for mediation and depositions
• Independently manage personal injury cases from post-intake handoff through closure
• Proactively manage attorney calendars and track all litigation deadlines
• Prepare settlement documentation and coordinate logistics and disbursements
• Build rapport with clients and provide empathetic support throughout their legal journeys
• Provide onsite support for client meetings, walk-ins, and conference room setup

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal focusing on personal injury
• Proficiency in e-filing and drafting legal complaints
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills for client relationship management
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Professional in-office presence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting minors’ settlement matters or cases involving children
