Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting and filing various legal documents
• Prepare and file documents via Lexis File and Serve and perform E-Filing
• Organize and maintain case files electronically
• Create and maintain checklists, calendars, and timetables for cases
• Provide trial preparation and support
• Manage time and prioritize effectively to handle multiple deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
• 5+ years of experience in an AMLAW 100 firm or premier litigation boutique
• Proven trial experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to accurately interpret legal concepts and procedures
