Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Update the Treatment Tracker and 45-Day No Client Contact Report
• Draft all pleadings, motions, and skeletons of oppositions and replies
• Manage discovery demands, Bill of Particulars, and discovery dates in Litify
• Save electronic filed documents and update counsel tabs
• Obtain bills, handle health lien requests, and manage Infant Compromise Hearing documentation
• Draft UM Approval Letters and UM Submissions to AAA
• Schedule and confirm depositions and order court reporters
• Handle incoming calls and requests for specific discovery responses

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal
• Proficiency in Litify, eCourts, and legal databases
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities
