Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Manage complex antitrust matters, government regulatory investigations, and other litigation including IP infringement and commercial disputes
• Conduct fact-finding and data analysis using AI tools to accelerate research and identify patterns across large datasets
• Design and implement AI solutions using Amazon services to automate workflows and enhance data analysis
• Identify relevant custodians, interview internal witnesses, and draft legal hold notices
• Organize voluminous case materials using internal database software and AI-assisted document management solutions
• Manage outside counsel on data requests and collaborate with eDiscovery vendors on document collections and productions
• Provide end-to-end legal support from inception to closure, including discovery, summary judgment work, and hearing preparation
• Update budgets and track legal spend

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, in legal program management, or in legal case management
• Experience in antitrust, government regulatory, or litigation matters
• Knowledge of the ethical considerations surrounding AI in a legal context, such as confidentiality, accuracy, and bias prevention
• Ability to use AI for legal research, contract analysis, or document review
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience managing a high volume of requests and competing deadlines
• Proven ability to own projects, communicate timelines, and execute independently
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication skills
