About the role
Responsibilities
- Send letters of representation
- Update clients on case status
- Collect documents and information from clients
- Evaluate client needs
- Connect clients with internal and external resources
- Advocate for clients internally
- Assist attorneys with pleadings, correspondence, and scheduling
Requirements
- 1+ year of legal experience in Property Casualty cases
- Experience with Personal Injury cases is also considered
- Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Experience with medical records management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working cases based in Florida
- Knowledge of FileVine or other Case Management Systems
