Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Take charge of personal injury cases, providing essential support throughout all phases of litigation
• Work alongside one to three attorneys to drive case success
• Communicate with clients, providers, and opposing counsel
• Manage documents, deadlines, and case details efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of legal litigation experience
• Experience drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories
• Experience conducting legal research and providing written analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (3 years required)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of legal litigation experience
• Familiarity with FileVine or other case management systems
• Personal injury experience
