Litigation Operations Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Counsel for Litigation Operations on mission-critical initiatives requiring complex analysis and problem solving
• Understand, analyze, and report on large, dispersed data sets and maintain dashboards for stakeholders
• Plan, execute, and track client-outreach, records-collection, and evidence-review workstreams
• Manage external vendors hired for client-communication and other tasks
• Support the design of client-facing apps, forms, and communications
• Master and identify improvement opportunities for firm technology tools including Salesforce, Twilio, Monday.com, and Azure DevOps

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
• 6+ years of experience in an analytical role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SQL or related query languages and platforms
• Strong quantitative instincts and understanding of statistical concepts
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm
