Litigation Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Counsel for Litigation Operations and Directors on mission-critical initiatives
• Understand, analyze, and report on large, dispersed data sets
• Coordinate with attorneys and operations professionals to plan and track client-outreach and evidence-review workstreams
• Assist with external vendors for client-communication tasks
• Support the design of client-facing apps, forms, and communications
• Master and identify improvements for firm technology tools including Salesforce, Twilio, Monday.com, and Azure DevOps

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
• 2+ years of experience in an analytical role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Structured, analytical, and curious intellect with quantitative instincts
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL or related query languages and platforms
• 1 year of experience at a top-tier consulting firm
