About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to multiple attorneys and paralegals specializing in Medical Malpractice Litigation
  • Manage files and clients, including document formatting, proofreading, and editing
  • Handle online filings, time entry, and expense reimbursements
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and other general administrative duties

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of recent experience providing administrative support
  • Proven exposure to litigation environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF editing software
  • Experience using timekeeping software and document management systems
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with federal and state E-filing
  • Prior exposure to Commercial Litigation or Tort practice areas
