About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to multiple attorneys and paralegals specializing in Medical Malpractice Litigation
- Manage files and clients, including document formatting, proofreading, and editing
- Handle online filings, time entry, and expense reimbursements
- Coordinate travel arrangements and other general administrative duties
Requirements
- 5-7 years of recent experience providing administrative support
- Proven exposure to litigation environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF editing software
- Experience using timekeeping software and document management systems
- Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with federal and state E-filing
- Prior exposure to Commercial Litigation or Tort practice areas
