About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to multiple attorneys and paralegals within the commercial litigation practice group
- Manage filing systems and client documentation
- Format, proofread, and edit legal documents with high attention to detail
- Handle online filings, including federal and state E-filing
- Process expense reimbursements and coordinate travel arrangements
- Perform various other administrative tasks to support the legal team
Requirements
- 3-5 years of recent experience providing legal administrative support
- Proven exposure to litigation workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF editing software
- Experience with E-filing (federal and state)
- Experience using document management systems
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff in a fast-paced environment
