About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to multiple attorneys and paralegals within the commercial litigation practice group
  • Manage filing systems and client documentation
  • Format, proofread, and edit legal documents with high attention to detail
  • Handle online filings, including federal and state E-filing
  • Process expense reimbursements and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Perform various other administrative tasks to support the legal team

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of recent experience providing legal administrative support
  • Proven exposure to litigation workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF editing software
  • Experience with E-filing (federal and state)
  • Experience using document management systems
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading abilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff in a fast-paced environment
