Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to multiple attorneys and paralegals in connection with commercial litigation
- Manage files and client documentation
- Format, proofread, and edit legal documents
- Handle electronic filings (federal and state)
- Manage time entry and expense reimbursements
- Coordinate travel arrangements
Requirements
- 3-5 years of recent experience providing legal administrative support in litigation
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and .pdf editing software
- Experience with E-filing (federal and state)
- Experience using attorney timekeeping software and document management systems
- Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, including attorneys and paralegals
