Litigation Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Represent clients before Saudi courts and judicial bodies including General, Commercial, and Labor courts
• Draft and submit legal pleadings, statements of claim, defenses, and appeals
• Attend hearings, court sessions, and meetings with judges and government authorities
• Manage litigation files from initiation through resolution and enforcement
• Conduct legal research and provide opinions based on Saudi laws and judicial precedents
• Advise clients on litigation strategies and risk assessment
• Ensure compliance with Saudi legal requirements and judicial platforms like Najiz

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B)
• Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia
• Minimum 7 years of litigation experience in Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Civil, Commercial, Labor, and Enforcement laws
• Proficiency in Arabic for legal drafting and advocacy
• Experience with Najiz and other Saudi judicial electronic systems
