Litigation Counsel

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of significant cases, from investigation and filing through briefing, oral argument, discovery, and trial.
• Guide and supervise case teams to ensure high-quality litigation standards and professional development.
• Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and technical experts to design litigation strategies that align with the firm's mission.
• Manage client relations and confer with opposing counsel to advance case objectives.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree.
• Minimum of six years of litigation experience.
• Proven experience running complex affirmative litigation, including investigation, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.
• Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel when necessary.

• Competitive annual salary range of $180,000 - $205,000, depending on experience and location.
