About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of workflows, tools, templates, and systems for litigation business development operations.
- Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of litigation experience data and pitch tracking information across systems.
- Assist with the development and upkeep of dashboards, recurring reports, and analytics for leadership and lawyers.
- Support litigation BD projects and operational initiatives, ensuring timely execution and quality standards.
- Coordinate with marketing, events, communications, practice management, finance, and technology teams.
- Document, standardize, and improve litigation BD processes and best practices.
- Provide day-to-day support for BD platforms, including troubleshooting, user support, and training assistance.
Requirements
- University degree required.
- 2–4 years of professional services experience in marketing, business development, operations, or analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong analytical aptitude and interest in data, reporting, and process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Legal or law firm experience.
- Experience supporting BD operations, data management, or reporting in a professional environment.
- Experience with InterAction, CRM platforms, or experience management tools.
- Foundational understanding of law firm or professional services BD operations.
