Litigation Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, and motion drafting
• Conduct hearings and participate in trial or trial preparation
• Take independent responsibility for client matters
• Work collaboratively within a large legal team

Requirements

• At least two years of complex litigation experience
• Experience in product liability and torts, preferably involving pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or consumer health products
• Strong Pennsylvania state court experience
• Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Admission to the PA bar or eligibility to waive in
