Responsibilities
- Work on complex commercial and consumer products litigation matters
- Manage all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, and motion drafting
- Participate in hearings, trials, or trial preparation
Requirements
- 3-5 years of litigation experience, specifically in product liability, torts, or complex commercial litigation
- Strong New Jersey state court experience
- Admission to the NJ bar
- Strong academic credentials
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product liability and mass torts
- Experience defending pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or consumer health products
- Experience with Multidistrict Litigation (MDLs) and class actions
- Federal or appellate court clerk experience
- Federal court experience
- Admission to the NY bar
