Litigation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Handling end-to-end litigation matters for the company regarding civil lawsuits or criminal reports
• Reviewing documents, conducting research, and providing legal strategy and opinions to management
• Ensuring effective litigation management, including timely filing and progress monitoring
• Analyzing legal notices and ensuring timely and appropriate responses
• Providing extensive briefing and coordination with external counsels
• Attending police summons or court proceedings and coordinating filings
• Drafting various legal documents as required
• Maintaining proper filing of documents for each case handled

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• 2 - 5 years of working experience, with at least 2 years in a law firm
• Advocate license is preferable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective interpersonal, drafting, and negotiation skills
