Listing Partner

Responsibilities

• Own offer-to-close communications with buyer’s agents, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned Opendoor listings
• Negotiate offers and terms, including price, concessions, repairs, and timelines, within company guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams (pricing, renovations, transaction coordinators) and external partners (title, escrow) to ensure on-time closings
• Manage repair negotiations by reviewing inspection reports and presenting data-backed counters to buyer’s agents
• Maintain high-quality documentation of offer details, counter terms, and key milestones in internal systems
• Monitor portfolio health and escalate high-risk transactions or long-DOM homes as needed
• Deliver excellent agent and buyer experiences through proactive communication via phone, email, and text

Requirements

• Active real estate salesperson license (or ability to obtain one prior to start date)
• Proven ability to transact at high volume and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in residential real estate (e.g., listing agent, buyer’s agent, or transaction coordinator)
• Familiarity with MLS and transaction management platforms
• Ability to work in-office in Miami, FL, four days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a centralized or inside sales environment
• Comfort using data, dashboards, and AI-powered workflows to inform decisions
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work cross-functionally to resolve title, inspection, or HOA issues
