About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and architect a new, bottoms-up liquidity reporting infrastructure to support Global Liquidity Management and Treasury mandates.
  • Lead the design and development of a next-generation liquidity calculation engine.
  • Support end-to-end implementation of business requirements, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate implementation.
  • Develop processes and controls to ensure timely, complete, and accurate outputs aligned with internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with technology and data teams to ensure reporting solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with priorities.
  • Drive change through collaboration, influence, and the demonstration of Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Partner with business and IT leaders to execute data governance best practices.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a quantitative field or related field (M.Sc. preferred).
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in application development or the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Strong knowledge of liquidity management and data governance.
  • Experience working within a large banking environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with LCR, NSFR, and FR2052a reporting requirements.
  • Knowledge of Regulation YY, WW, and QQ expectations.
  • Experience with JIRA, Collibra, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with JQL, Scala, Node.JS, Java, or Rust.
  • Certifications pertaining to PMP, Scrum/Agile, or Lean Six Sigma.
