About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the group's comprehensive governance, communication, and response strategy for regulatory, supervisory, and internal oversight matters
  • Lead gap assessments against regulatory expectations including Reg YY, Reg WW, SR 10-6, and SR 12-7
  • Advise on and evolve internal policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Track, manage, and respond to internal and external regulatory, compliance, risk, and audit inquiries
  • Ensure all policies, controls, and procedures are strictly adhered to and properly documented
  • Support the execution of the Material Liquidity Risk Identification and New Business Product Review process
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement, effective controls, and self-detection/remediation

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
  • Specific expertise in Liquidity Management
  • Strong knowledge of the banking regulatory environment (Reg YY, Reg WW, SR 10-6, SR 12-7, etc.)
  • Extensive experience working with US regulators, particularly within the liquidity space
  • Strong organizational, project management, and written/verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • M.Sc. degree in a related field
  • CFA or FRM certification
