Liquidity Data Governance - AVP

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in Treasury and Finance, providing techno-functional expertise for regulatory reporting applications.
• Lead change management initiatives and requirements gathering for database changes, system migrations, and new product implementations.
• Drive end-to-end implementation of business requirements, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with technology and data teams to ensure reporting solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with Global Liquidity Management priorities.
• Support data governance initiatives such as Data Lineage in Collibra, Data Quality Issue management, and improving reporting controls to ensure compliance with BCBS239 principles.
• Manage projects and programs to support technology delivery within the Treasury Liquidity domain using Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, specifically in Treasury Liquidity Reporting or Regulatory Reporting.
• Strong technical proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle databases, Python, and ETL processes.
• Proven experience with Axiom Reporting and Collibra.
• Extensive experience in Project Management or as a Change Management Business Analyst within a regulatory reporting environment.
• Deep understanding of liquidity risk management principles and regulatory requirements (e.g., FR2052a, LCR, NSFR).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets and complex problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Finance from a tier-one institution or professional certification such as CA/CPA.
• Experience preparing presentations for executive management and regulatory bodies.
• Proficiency with various data management and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
