About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in Treasury and Finance, providing techno-functional expertise for regulatory reporting applications.
- Lead change management initiatives and requirements gathering for database changes, system migrations, and new product implementations.
- Drive end-to-end implementation of business requirements, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with technology and data teams to ensure reporting solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with Global Liquidity Management priorities.
- Support data governance initiatives such as Data Lineage in Collibra, Data Quality Issue management, and improving reporting controls to ensure compliance with BCBS239 principles.
- Manage projects and programs to support technology delivery within the Treasury Liquidity domain using Agile methodologies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, specifically in Treasury Liquidity Reporting or Regulatory Reporting.
- Strong technical proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle databases, Python, and ETL processes.
- Proven experience with Axiom Reporting and Collibra.
- Extensive experience in Project Management or as a Change Management Business Analyst within a regulatory reporting environment.
- Deep understanding of liquidity risk management principles and regulatory requirements (e.g., FR2052a, LCR, NSFR).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets and complex problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Finance from a tier-one institution or professional certification such as CA/CPA.
- Experience preparing presentations for executive management and regulatory bodies.
- Proficiency with various data management and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
