Responsibilities

• Lead a growing team of Linux Engineers by example
• Start as an individual contributor to establish a fundamental understanding of the technical environment
• Support team members and help them thrive
• Manage people, projects, and programs
• Facilitate large-scale coordination, communication, and partnership building
• Handle short- and long-term planning and service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Deep knowledge of operating system fundamentals, specifically Linux
• Fluency with the Unix command line and shell scripting
• Practical experience with modern Linux systems and systems programming concepts
• Basic understanding of network protocols
• Programming experience in any language
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Proven track record of supporting individuals and teams
