About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage level 2 to 3 technical and functional incidents
- Act as technical referent during production crisis cells
- Analyze and diagnose incidents and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers
- Participate in operational committees regarding recurring issues
- Contribute to the creation and evolution of scheduling chains via VTOM
- Optimize application supervision using Zabbix, ELK, AppDynamics, and Grafana
- Manage and operate a fleet of approximately 300 RedHat Linux servers
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in Computer Science
- Proven experience in Linux exploitation/RUN, ideally in critical environments
- Strong general technical skills in Linux, Databases, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Networking, Scheduling, Supervision, and Scripting
- Ability to work effectively in incident and crisis contexts
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mindset, rigor, and curiosity
