Linux and OpenShift System Admin

Responsibilities

• Install, monitor, and maintain Linux server systems and applications
• Manage Red Hat OpenShift architecture, deployment models, and day-2 operations
• Implement and manage PAM/PIM solutions
• Integrate identity telemetry with SIEM/SOAR platforms and tune alerts
• Build and maintain identity incident response playbooks
• Provide automated scripts for data backup and retention
• Identify configuration drift, technical debt, and risk exposure
• Ensure identity controls meet internal security standards and regulatory requirements
• Produce audit-ready documentation including architecture diagrams and SOPs

Requirements

• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
• Deep hands-on experience with Linux and OpenShift
• Strong PAM/PIM implementation experience
• SOC-level understanding of identity attack detection and response
• Solid understanding of cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and hybrid/multi-cloud environments
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
