LINK Engineer Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment to support LINK 16 and LINK 11 including CEC interface connectivity
• Coordinate integration, engineering, installation, and deployment support for exercises
• Collect and record data for modeling, analysis, and experimentation venues
• Assist in defining specifications and procurement for equipment to support NWDC customers
• Plan, implement, and monitor single or multi-link architecture in naval operations
• Supervise initialization, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Link-11 and Link-16 systems
• Interface with NWDC staff to determine Common Operating Picture (COP) and data collection requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience in C4I systems
• Experience with LINK 11 and LINK 16
• Experience with NGC Gateway manager and Common Connectivity Device (CCD)
• Experience with TDACS, ADSI, MLST3, and JSAF
• Experience with Department of Defense Security Technical Implementation Guidelines
• Security+ and Linux+ or Microsoft certification
• Must be a US Citizen able to obtain a US Secret security clearance
