About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct educational interviews with minors alongside operators
- Collect personal histories and assist with legal and bureaucratic inquiries with reference staff
- Provide accompaniment for medical appointments and visits to police stations or consulates
- Work within a multidisciplinary team using linguistic and cultural mediation tools
- Participate in supervision sessions and meetings with the psycho-social team
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and Arabic, including various dialects (specifically Egyptian)
- Previous experience in reception services or working with migrants is preferred
- Qualification as a Linguistic and Cultural Mediator is preferred
