Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the establishment's linen and uniforms to ensure high standards of quality and excellence.
• Oversee uniform procedures, including checking condition, reporting needs to the manager, and managing name-specific uniforms.
• Coordinate with the tailor for necessary alterations or repairs.
• Track and record all items sent for cleaning, including furnishings and baby linen, and verify their condition upon return.
• Perform occasional sewing, alterations, and ironing tasks for both guests and staff uniforms.
• Manage guest laundry by counting, detailing, and monitoring the cleaning process.
• Ensure safety equipment, such as safety shoes, is distributed to relevant staff members.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a luxury or Palace-rated establishment.
• Strong sewing and tailoring skills for performing repairs and alterations.
• Ability to maintain strict quality standards and follow established procedures.
