Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, quality control, and distribute hotel linen, restaurant linen, uniforms, and guest laundry
• Perform sorting, washing, stain removal, ironing, and professional folding
• Handle simple repairs and alterations
• Manage stocks and inventories
• Ensure absolute compliance with luxury hospitality hygiene and cleanliness standards

Requirements

• Mastery of professional sorting, washing, stain removal, ironing, and folding techniques
• Knowledge of industrial machines (washers, dryers, etc.)
• Ability to perform simple garment repairs
• Rigor, attention to detail, and professional conscience
• Absolute discretion, especially regarding guest laundry
• Physical stamina for lifting loads and prolonged standing
• Experience in laundry or linen services, ideally in luxury hospitality
• CAP in Textile Maintenance or Laundry preferred
• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
