Linen Room Intendant

Responsibilities

• Oversee organization, sorting, inventory, and administrative management of the Linen Room
• Ensure quality, cleanliness, and presentation of hotel linen, guest laundry, and staff uniforms
• Manage linen distribution to Housekeeping and handle guest dry cleaning requests
• Control quality of work from external laundry providers
• Adjust linen stock levels based on occupancy and business activity
• Perform small sewing adjustments, ironing, and repairs on linens or garments
• Comply with Barrière Group procedures, hygiene protocols, and LQA standards

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Lingère or Linen Room Attendant in a 5-star or luxury environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluency in English (Greek is a plus)
• Knowledge of luxury fabrics and fabric care
• Skills in sewing and garment repair
• High attention to detail and customer focus
