Linen Room Attendant

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver housekeeping and butler items to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Perform initial setup of pool and beach areas for the day
• Manage the collection and delivery of guest laundry and linens to the laundry department
• Maintain and restock linen closets with appropriate supplies, amenities, and cleaning products
• Assist Housekeeping Room Attendants with moving furniture, heavy items, and cleaning high surfaces
• Handle the disinfection and maintenance of assigned workspaces and golf carts
• Coordinate the delivery of refreshments, fruit trays, and special guest requests such as floral arrangements
• Ensure all guest items are disinfected according to hygiene and sanitation standards
• Maintain clean and organized storage areas and waste disposal sites

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks for 8-hour shifts
• Fluency in Spanish (spoken, read, and written) is required
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Professional appearance and polite, respectful interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working in ultra-luxury hotels
• Knowledge of linen management and stock control
• Basic proficiency in English
